Like most entrepreneurs, I left a very comfortable position to launch my own business because I saw a great need in the marketplace that simply was not being filled.

That is why I launched Synergy Direct Marketing Solutions in 2002. When it came to tele-fundraising, virtually all of the strategic expertise resided inside the telemarketing companies. I felt that by partnering with call centers instead of being in their employ, I could serve my clients more effectively by focusing exclusively on their goals and priorities.
